1. Charging Fees
Users will be charged for Services at the rates prominently displayed on the Charging Station screen, within the EVIA HCX mobile application (if applicable), or on our official website at www.eviahcx.com. The rates may be calculated based on factors such as energy consumed (per kWh), charging duration (per minute), or a combination thereof. All stated rates are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) or other government taxes and fees, which will be added at the prevailing rate.
2. Idle and Parking Fees
To ensure fair access to charging stations, a fee may be incurred by users who occupy a charging space without an active charging session or who remain in the space after their vehicle's battery has reached a full charge. These fees, which are separate from the standard charging fees, are prominently displayed on the charging station screen, the mobile app, or on our website. Continued occupation of a charging space without an active session may result in additional charges.
3. Terms and Conditions
This document outlines the legal and operational terms for EVIA HCX services. These Terms and Conditions apply to customers who access and install the application and use the services within the territory of Vietnam, including:
- (i) Individuals who are 16 years of age or older with legal capacity suitable for conducting transactions on the EVIA HCX application.
- (ii) Organizations legally established and operating in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
3.1 EVIA HCX Account
When registering for an account, you must meet the eligibility criteria stated above. You may choose to create an account and provide certain information, including a valid phone number and password. You are required to register with accurate personal information and to update it promptly in the event of any changes. Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password, account, and all activities conducted on the application. Furthermore, you must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We shall not be liable, whether directly or indirectly, for any damages or losses caused by your failure to comply with our regulations and instructions. By providing your information, you consent to us contacting you regarding your interest in our services, whether by email, phone, or any other contact information you have chosen to provide.
3.2 Return and Warranty Policy
Our service products are not subject to a return or warranty policy.
3.3 Service Provision Process
Service fees are updated on the application. The service provision process includes:
- Load credit/points through direct payment or via an e-wallet.
- Upon successful payment, you will receive a corresponding number of points.
- These points can then be used to pay for services within the application.
3.4 Obligations
Seller's Obligations: To provide complete information and service prices.
User's Obligations: To provide accurate and truthful information. To carefully read the terms and conditions of the application before conducting any transactions.
