1. General Terms
We reserve the right to change, modify, suspend, or terminate all or any part of the application or any of the services we provide at any time. We are not responsible for the release of services or features in a beta version, which may not be correct or fully identical to the final version. We have the sole discretion to limit certain features or a customer's access to part or all of the application without notice or liability.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes, differences, or claims arising from or related to the content of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation within a period of thirty (30) days. If a resolution cannot be reached within this thirty (30) day period, the dispute or claim may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction for settlement.
2. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVIA HCX AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights associated with the EVIA HCX application and its services, including but not limited to software, trademarks, logos, and content, are the exclusive property of EVIA HCX or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for its intended purpose. You are expressly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works based on the intellectual property of EVIA HCX.
4. Prohibited Use and Account Termination
You agree not to use the Service for any unfair purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to, distributing malware, engaging in hacking activities, or using the Service for fraud.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination, shall survive termination.

Users will make payments through the EVIA HCX app.
6. Shipping and Delivery Terms
The company does not have shipping and delivery services.
